I am the 25 years old mother of a wonderful baby boy. Known by many names in real life and online, I go by Oath's Mom, or OM, here.
Since young, I've liked children. I'm the oldest of three sisters and seven cousins, and I've helped care for most of them. I also am a certified Early Childhood Education teacher (ages 4 months to 6 years) and have worked on nurseries and pre-schools. So, all in all, I've never been afraid of having to care for a baby... but now I've discovered that motherhood is, somehow, exactly the same and completely different at the same time.
Add to that the fact that I never thought I'd be a stay at home mom, and I'm now loving it despite not knowing how to go about it, and you get an idea of what's going on in my life. I'm embarked in a new adventure, harder and sweeter than I ever thought it would be.
